CS Design and the offices forming part of the joint venture have provided structural and civil engineering services on a number of major projects. 

Mater Dei is one of the biggest projects ever undertaken in Malta.  It is an 825 bed hospital configured as a Health City surrounded with all amenities.  It is built on 7 levels with an area of approximately 280,000 square meters and parking facilities of 4 floors for about 2,000 cars.

Other major projects currently in hand include:

  1. Proposed aquarium complex to be developed in Qawra.
  2. Proposed residential buildings for the Maltese Housing Authority.
  3. Proposed office building for Amino Chemicals.
  4. Various extensions at the Nylon Knitting factory.
